Experlogix and Hitachi Solutions recently completed an extensive implementation at Lexmark International, Inc. in the United States, modernizing their quote-to-cash processes with Experlogix CPQ and Dynamics 365 for Sales.

Lexmark is recognized as a global leader and provider of innovative printing and imaging products, software, solutions and services. They wanted to digitally transform their quote-to-order fulfillment process for their team to handle complex pricing and discounting consistently.
Result
Experlogix partnered with Hitachi to deliver a modern quote-to-order solution for Lexmark. Together we were able to implement a solution that replaced Salesforce, Google Docs and Oracle CPQ with a combination of Experlogix CPQ and Dynamics 365 for Sales, supporting over 1500 users in the system.
