How Experlogix Handles Private Data

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share this information with third parties except to the extent necessary to facilitate the support process. Experlogix will never share your information with third parties for the support process without your consent. The information that may share will be limited to relevant information only, including technical diagnostic details.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website, but we do not disclose anything that could be used to identify visitors to our site or applications.

Experlogix, Inc. does utilize third party tools to track visitor activities on our website. These tools utilize cookies to provide Experlogix, Inc. with information about your name, IP address, company name, and related geographical information construed from your IP address. Experlogix, Inc. does not submit your information to these services so any information you provide to Experlogix, Inc. remains with Experlogix, Inc.. Experlogix, Inc. is the sole controller of your personal data gathered by our own first party cookies. Experlogix, Inc. uses all gathered information to tailor the website experience to the user, advertise our product, and to facilitate the sales process.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
