Strategic Alliances Director

Job Description

Our Director of Strategic Alliances will be accountable primarily for the success of our partnership with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 organization, with targets based on your ability to expand on our existing partnership that achieves mutually agreed sales goals. This role is ideal for a high energy individual that enjoys building productive relationships and can effectively evangelize how our CPQ technology can deliver value in sales pursuits. Duties include:

  • Own overall strategic alliance partner engagement from strategy to execution for Microsoft, secondarily with Salesforce and Oracle/NetSuite
  • Work closely with Microsoft Dynamics sales and delivery teams to position and co-sell Experlogix CPQ for Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP platforms)
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Microsoft vertical market sales leaders while developing annual sales plans focused on driving sales growth
  • Build and manage executive relationships with the Microsoft Dynamics team
  • Identify, establish and grow partnerships, technical initiatives and integrations in key areas in order to support company growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with Marketing to craft and execute a go-to-market strategy that includes events, webinars and thought leadership to drive market awareness and lead generation
  • Seek out Microsoft product roadmaps, marketing and development contacts as well as preview release information
  • Collect and maintain worldwide org charts
  • Expand partnerships with strategic ISVs

Requirements

  • Extensive network of sales and product management relationships with Microsoft Dynamics
  • 5+ years alliances experience at a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while working remotely and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. US-based candidate preferred
  • Understanding and experience with the Dynamics 365 partner ecosystem and of the Microsoft OCP program and tools
  • Strong communication skills with solution selling abilities
  • Working knowledge of a CPQ solution is a plus
  • Willingness to travel. US-based preferred
