Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Manage the marketing execution activities for the marketing department, ensuring all programs are rolled out on spec, on time and on budget. Activities include:

  • Maintain and manage the Marketing Program Calendar for executing the marketing plan.
  • Manage the distribution of promotional emails to customers, prospects and partners.
  • Manage the Marketing Automation tool - campaign planning, execution and reporting.
  • Event coordination and completion of all transactions for the successful rollout of events.
  • Distribute Press Release over the PR wire.
  • Monitor website and partner sites to ensure events are up to date.
  • Print and online company listings and directory monitoring and updates.
  • Measure campaign and program success.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have strong program marketing planning and execution skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications for a technology company.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and email delivery systems is desired.
