Marketing Content Manager

Job Description

Develop and maintain the marketing communications content to help build our brand awareness and articulate our value proposition and market positioning. This position will be responsible for creating effective and engaging content that drives organic traffic and growth for our sales automation solution.

  • Create engaging written content for a variety of platforms including social media, articles, emails, web, case studies, use cases, blogs, solution listings, partner directories, and other mediums
  • Maintain an editorial calendar that is aligned with the overall content marketing strategy for Experlogix
  • Manage content (written and graphic images) for the social media presence for Experlogix to engage with prospective & existing customers
  • Manage content delivery through a variety of other channels and programs
  • Monitor Company web site content and coordinate updates with the internal web master
  • Monitor and update Google and Bing Adwords and advertisements, analytics and reporting
  • Assist in maintaining collateral materials, such as product datasheets and brochures
  • Assist with online advertising content development in concert with the graphics team
  • Assist in the tracking of lead sources from Adwords and other sources, including content for website landing pages linked to content delivery campaigns
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve awareness and engagement campaigns


  • At least 2+ years of content marketing and social media experience with a focus on driving organic growth with a portfolio of successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience with a software company a plus
  • Experience in the business applications market, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc. a plus
  • Must be an effective writer capable of creating different forms of editorial content while telling a story to engage the reader
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how to effectively integrate it into content
  • Experience with content marketing tools and marketing best practices
  • Hands-on experience on adapting/modifying creative content using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) a plus
  • Self-starter and highly detail-oriented, with the organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to shift priorities per business needs
  • Enjoys collaboration and offers ideas to improve projects and processes
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in an extremely fast-paced environment
