I am Carolien and have been working at Experlogix since 2016. I have grown with the organisation in recent years and am currently responsible for HR and facility management in Europe. This has been a very organic process. Marijn (General Manager) has always shown his trust in me, and I have been professionally facilitated in my development. As the organisation develops in a positive way, new challenges and issues arise that need to be resolved. My job is certainly not boring and very varied.
During my interview I was literally told that we are not looking for people sitting at their desk, waiting for work to come their way. I wanted a position where people aren't constantly looking over my shoulder. Experlogix had exactly the environment I was looking for, and it is what typifies Experlogix. You are given a lot of autonomy and responsibility in your position, and naturally you will have to live up to it. With the right mentality and attitude, you can make a difference and this is genuinely valued. In addition, you get plenty of space for learning.
What makes your job so great?
The culture and the colleagues. Short lines of communication, low-threshold, everyone is helpful, informal and there is mutual trust. In addition, you are given the opportunity to try new things and you can really follow your ambition within the organisation. I have a lot of say in how I execute my job and I can make a real impact. The international aspect is also great. In addition to the fact that you get to work with many colleagues around the world, there are also many fun joint activities, and you may just end up going to America for a few days for a business event.
I am Tone and have enjoyed working as a Partner Account Manager at Experlogix since 2021. In this role, I am responsible for developing our partners in EMEA from strategy to execution.

For this purpose, I plan a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with my colleagues from Sales & Marketing, including webinars and thought leadership events. This creates market awareness among our partners and in doing so, we stimulate lead generation through partners.
What makes your job so great?
What I really like about Experlogix as an employer is that it works on the basis of autonomy and trust. This combination makes me feel very motivated and committed to achieving the best results and taking our collaboration with partners to the next level. And I enjoy the dynamic international aspect of my work. I have always worked internationally in my career, and I can now use this experience at Experlogix.
I work with all of the sales colleagues within our EMEA team. The challenge is to find the right partner for the right deal. This process of observing, gauging, bringing together, advising and implementing means no two days are the same and that is precisely what I enjoy.

What I like most about my job is the diversity and the contact with customers. No two days and no two customers are the same. We work hybridly, MS Teams is indispensable! What I love about Experlogix is that everyone is approachable. Everyone is truly there for each other and we help each other where necessary. This not only makes it a very pleasant working environment but also ensures that we can quickly provide our customers with the best service.
I have come across a lot of different things over the course of my IT career and the great thing is that it all comes together at Experlogix. It is a combination of system management, customer care and partly also a trainer and consultant situation. It's all those aspects put together that make this a great job. Naturally, this also includes a game of table football to clear the mind. If you can end the day with a satisfied customer after a successful installation, that is really satisfying and energising.
