Business Development Director, US East Region

Job Description

Your job as Business Development Director, East Region is to dramatically increase our CPQ sales within your territory. Duties include:

  • Manage full sales cycle from opportunity qualification to closure
  • Collaborate with our partners as well as Microsoft, NetSuite and Salesforce reps to convert new sales opportunities into wins
  • Perform custom and canned presales demonstrations to partners, end-users and OEMs (Microsoft, NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Work in concert with our Alliance and Marketing Directors to recruit, maintain and grow relationships with existing partners within your territory
  • Territory includes: New England, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, FL, WV, ON (east), QC, NB

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience. CRM and ERP sales experience preferred, Microsoft Dynamics channel experience desired
  • Strong communication skills with solution selling abilities
  • Able to meet sales quota while working remotely and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Residing in territory strongly preferred
  • Comfortable delivering complex software demonstrations
  • Working knowledge of a CPQ solution is a plus
