Experlogix Strengthens its Retail Capabilities with Sana Commerce Integration
Experlogix CPQ with the Sana Commerce webshop helps simplify and improve the accuracy of customer-specific online orders
SALT LAKE CITY, UT - September 29, 2014 - Experlogix, Inc., the leading provider of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions for Microsoft Dynamics announced today it has integrated to the Sana Commerce webshop solution. Experlogix CPQ running in the webshop solution of Sana Commerce will allow companies that offer customer-specific products and services to simplify the online buying experience while seamlessly managing the complexity of selecting features and options, upsell and cross sell items, and pricing discount policies in real-time.
Working together, Experlogix and Sana Commerce will be able to span a wide range of B2B and B2C customer scenarios, including retail environments. Within the webshop user experience, users with configure-to-order products will also be able to visually see their product changes as selections are being made in the online storefront. Rules and formulas defined by the administrator will ensure product and services selections are valid, preventing undeliverable product orders, and therefore fewer returns. Once the order is ready for checkout and payment, Experlogix automatically creates the Bill of Material and Routing and passes the data to the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system for production and fulfillment.
