MCFE deploys Experlogix Configurator in dealer portal to streamline forklift configurations

SANTA BARBARA, CA – March 12, 2008 – Experlogix, Inc., the leading developer of web-based sales and manufacturing configurator solutions, announced today its customer, Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe (MCFE) was featured in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM case study.

MCFE is part of a joint venture between forklift builders Mitsubishi and Caterpillar, manufacturing and distributing forklifts and their related spare parts throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

MCFE discussed their successful Experlogix deployment for their distribution channel, enabling reps to configure forklifts to fit their customer’s needs. Experlogix guides the distributor through the steps needed to build a forklift order and will prevent incompatible builds. Once a distributor submits a configuration, it automatically generates a quote in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing greater pipeline visibility for MCFE.
