- ASP.NET, WCF, WinForms, XML, HTML, CSS development experience.

Implementation Engineers
Summary
We are seeking Implementation Engineers to ensure successful training and implementation of our product configurator with our manufacturing and service oriented customers.
Job Description
Your job as an Implementation Engineer will be to lead the delivery of consulting projects to our customers and partners. The projects range from end-user product training to complete turnkey implementations which include requirements gathering, data conversions, configurator setup, testing and deployment. The Implementation Engineer will develop strong customer relationships to ensure their complete product satisfaction.
Territory: North America
Location: Preferably Santa Barbara, CA, or Salt Lake City, UT. Other US locations will be considered.
Travel: 50-75%
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated work experience that includes the following skill set:
- 2+ years consulting background (experience implementing complex product configuration environments a plus) or extensive end-user experience with a product configurator
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and data structures, including BOMs and routings
- Well versed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP product suite (NAV and AX a plus)
- Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Access and XML
- Software application training experience (product configurators preferred)
- Detail oriented, demonstrated ability in problem solving
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- High energy, self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Director, Business Development, Central North America Region
Summary
We are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new business in the central region of North America.
Job Description
Your job as Director of Business Development is to dramatically increase our configurator sales for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics ERP platforms.
Working with our reselling partners, duties will include:
- Perform custom and standard presales demonstrations to partners, end-users and Microsoft community online or on-site
- Become fluent with the Experlogix Configurator
- Recruit new Dynamics partners (via phone calls, direct mail, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
- Direct marketing campaigns to their existing customer base
- Attend partner events
- Expand and acquire new relationships with Microsoft Dynamics executives
- Close business with end-user prospects
- Attend Experlogix trade shows (i.e. Convergence, WPC, CRM road shows, etc.)
- Develop marketing campaigns to Dynamics Partners & Microsoft Dynamics executives
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated work experience that includes the following skill set:
- 5+ years software technology sales experience
- General understanding of manufacturing processes and data structures, including BOMs and routings
- Well versed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP product suite (NAV and AX a plus)
- Superb software presentation skills
- High energy, self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Product configurator experience a plus
